You'll find the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and the Vilar Pavilion, east of downtown Vail along the Frontage Road. Next door to the Amphitheater, visit Ford Park and play Frisbee or soccer. Watch a lacrosse game while the kids play on the playground. Across the road, you may see the Vail Rugby Team in action. The amphitheater is home to Bravo Colorado (http://www.vailmusicfestival.org), a summer series of music and dance. Or, wait until the sun sets. Then grab a blanket, pillow, picnic and bottle of wine and find a nice, quiet hiking trail. You and your special someone can then count the falling stars. Don't forget to make a wish.
